Our rental agents will respond to your inquiry by sending you a proposal. You will receive this proposal by email. Should our offer meet your requirements, please confirm by email as soon as possible. Once we receive your confirmation, we will book the apartment for you. Please note that your booking will expire after 48 hours.
To begin the booking process, our rental agents will ask for your arrival dates, your personal contact information, and any relevant details regarding your company. This information is used to draw up the lease for the requested apartment. Upon completion, our rental agents will email you a copy of the lease. You or a representative of the company sponsoring your stay must sign this document. Please send two signed copies and a copy of your identity card to your a2o contact person or the rental agency.
A rental guarantee equivalent to one month’s rent is required to ensure any damages to the apartment caused during the tenant’s rental period.
Tenants will receive an invoice corresponding to each month’s rent. For apartment rentals, the first invoice also includes the fee of the apartmen’s final cleaning, a complete cleaning that occurs after a tenant’s departure. The final cleaning is a one-time fee which is paid at the beginning of the lease.
The rental guarantee and all rental invoices can be paid by cash, cheque or by bank transfer.
